Computer systems that perform tasks usually requiring human intelligence.
Definition
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to computer systems that perform tasks usually requiring human intelligence – such as understanding language, recognizing patterns, making decisions, or creating content. A distinction is made between narrow AI (specialized for one task) and general AI (general intelligence, theoretical). In practice, we almost exclusively use narrow AI today.
