Credits are the billing unit for using AI functions. Whenever content is processed, generated, transcribed, analyzed or structured, credits are deducted.
How many credits are charged depends on the model used, the amount processed and the type of processing – e.g. text processing, reasoning, OCR, embedding or audio processing.

- Text: based on input, output and optionally reasoning effort
- Audio: per speech input or per minute (Konversa)

Subscriptions are the base packages of the Evoya platform. They form the foundation of your access and include a defined number of credits, users and features – for example Chat Personal, Chat Professional, Bot Start or Bot Business.
Add-ons are flexible extensions that you can book in addition to your subscription. With add-ons, you can expand your package as needed – for example with additional credits, extra users or other feature extensions.
This allows you to start with a suitable base plan and flexibly add to your setup whenever needed.
Yes, you can flexibly combine different plan types. For example, Chat and Bot can be booked together to have both a personal AI workspace and an integrated website bot.
Add-ons can also be booked on top to further customise your setup to your individual needs.
Each subscription includes a certain number of credits, which are automatically topped up at the start of each new billing period.
