Credit consumption depends on the AI model selected, the amount of text processed (input and output) and – for reasoning models – additionally on the complexity of the request.

As a reference: an average request using ChatGPT 4.1 corresponds to approximately 1 credit. Actual usage may vary depending on length, scope and model.

In the Language Model Hub you can see the exact credit prices per model and how many credits are charged per 10,000 characters (10,000 characters correspond to approximately 4 A4 pages in normal font size).

Converting speech to text costs a flat 3 credits per action.

Image-to-Text:
Reading information from images costs a flat 4 credits per action.

AI Bots are versatile, intelligent chatbots that can be used both internally (e.g. as knowledge assistants or for internal processes) and externally (e.g. for customer support, consulting or on your website). They answer questions, assist with tasks and are flexibly deployable across a wide range of use cases.

Custom knowledge sources are files and content that you can upload directly to our platform – for example PDFs, policies, process descriptions or other internal documents.

AI agents access this content to provide answers with additional context. It works like a reference book: the AI "looks things up" when it cannot find an answer from its model knowledge alone.

In Swiss Mode, all data is processed entirely in Switzerland – exclusively on ISO-certified servers from Swiss providers, without US clouds.

Swiss Mode is suitable for highly sensitive data, for example in healthcare, public administration or for confidential business documents.

Document analysis is used to read, structure or summarise content from PDFs, DOCX files and other formats.

Typical use cases include:

Subscriptions are the base packages of the Evoya platform. They form the foundation of your access and include a defined number of credits, users and features – for example Chat Personal, Chat Professional, Bot Start or Bot Business.

Add-ons are flexible extensions that you can book in addition to your subscription. With add-ons, you can expand your package as needed – for example with additional credits, extra users or other feature extensions.

This allows you to start with a suitable base plan and flexibly add to your setup whenever needed.

Yes, you can flexibly combine different plan types. For example, Chat and Bot can be booked together to have both a personal AI workspace and an integrated website bot.

Add-ons can also be booked on top to further customise your setup to your individual needs.

Each subscription includes a certain number of credits, which are automatically topped up at the start of each new billing period.

Yes, upgrades and downgrades are possible at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period. With an upgrade, the new features are available immediately after activation.
