Starting point: a practical introduction to AI for the whole administration
The Municipality of Dagmersellen wanted to give its employees a practical introduction to artificial intelligence.
The group was large and mixed: over 30 employees from various departments took part, some with a technical background and some without. The format had to work for everyone and fit into half a day.
Goal: identify uses for the municipality and try them out

How the workshop worked: introduction, demonstration, own agent
Evoya AI tailored the workshop to the municipality. The focus was on AI tools relevant to administration and their benefit in daily work. The morning had three parts:
- Compact introduction to AI: basics and key terms.
- Practical tool demonstration: AI tools shown on administrative tasks.
- Guided agent development: each participant built an AI agent for a specific task, such as handling enquiries from residents or creating documents.

All participants left the workshop with a working AI agent they had built themselves for their own area of work. Feedback was consistently positive.
