Goodbye Meeting Minutes: How Our AI Voice Recording Works

Never write meeting minutes by hand again: With our new voice recording feature, you can simply record meetings or conversations – in any language, Swiss German included.

The tool automatically recognizes who said what and creates a transcript that you can not only read but also process directly. Summaries, task lists, or sentiment analyses are created fully automatically in the background.

And the best part: Our agents can use the transcript to, for example, send emails or store knowledge in a knowledge base. This turns every conversation into real knowledge – without any extra effort.

Image Editing with Flux Context

Your Evoya agents can now not only generate images but also specifically modify uploaded or already created images. Change clothing? Modify location? Add an object? No problem - the Flux Context model is considered the strongest image model for image modification.

Try it yourself: If your agent already has an image tool with Flux, you can start right away in the chat. If not: Tools > Create New Image Tool > Select Flux 1.1 Pro as model and then give this tool to your agent.

Evoya Workspaces – For Your Departments and Teams

With the newly introduced Evoya Workspaces, or work areas, organizations can specifically control access and usage of Evoya AI resources.

Departments, project teams, school classes, etc. can create their own workspace and restrict access accordingly.

For each workspace, you can define the members and resources (agents, data sources, tools) – so each team has its own, undisturbed workspace.
