AI Workshop with Lungenliga Aargau
Over 60 participants, concentrated curiosity and plenty of fresh ideas: Our latest workshop with Lungenliga Aargau showed how great the interest in artificial intelligence is. After a compact introduction, we went straight into practice – trying out AI, discussing, co-creating. The result: Exciting business case ideas and many aha moments.
Want to make your team AI-ready? Then our AI in Practice workshop is just right for you.
Want to specifically discover potential for your company? The Opportunity Mining Workshop shows where AI brings real added value.
Agents on Autopilot – Your tasks now complete themselves
Are you tired of tools that only react when you ask them to? Welcome to the future: Our AI agents now proactively take control.
With the new Task Scheduler, your agents handle recurring tasks completely on their own. You define once what should be done and when – the rest runs automatically. Whether daily market updates, weekly reports or reminders about important topics: Simply create task, set schedule, sit back.
The best part: You can create tasks directly in the workspace via text or spoken language. Automation has never been this flexible.
Pro tip: Combine different data sources, tools (now also MCP – see below) and let multiple agents work together. This way you get the maximum out of your AI – on autopilot.
How to activate the Task Scheduler
- Click "Add tool" in the workspace
- Check the "Task Scheduler" box
- Manage tasks conveniently in the workspace or manually

MCP Integration
The Model Context Protocol, or MCP for short, has taken the AI world by storm. Originally developed by Anthropic for their offline client, MCP enables diverse software systems to be provided to an agent as tools in a standardized way.
We have now integrated MCP into the Evoya AI platform – making hundreds of applications available to interact with your Evoya agents.
MCP made its debut in November 2024 and is thus still a very young protocol, but is being quickly adopted by manufacturers.
Which tools would you like to be able to use in the Evoya platform? We're happy to help you make your tools and software available to your Evoya agents via MCP – talk to us!
Start workflows directly with Evoya agents
Imagine you're writing a report for customer X on topic Y. Previously, you had to copy the relevant data from your application, e.g. the intranet, and paste it into the chat.
We have massively simplified this: You can now easily start an agent via link and already provide context information. And that's not all: Optionally, the agent can be configured to respond directly – so no initial user input is required anymore!
These dynamic links can be very easily used in intranets, Excel or Word files, etc.
Try it out: The following link starts an Evoya agent that, as a specialist for name origins, describes the origin of your family name:
(The prerequisite is that your surname can be derived from the email address – otherwise the agent will ask you for the name)Curious how this looks in practice? Start a free trial or book a demo – we'll be happy to show you the feature!
