Evoya AI automates reports in healthcare

Less paperwork, more time for people: For the Integrated Psychiatry Winterthur (ipw), we're building an application that automatically records patient conversations, transcribes them, and converts them directly into report form.
Multiple people in a conversation? No problem – the AI recognizes them all. Reports are created according to ipw standards and everything is secure in Switzerland.
The goal: Relieve around 200 psychiatrists so they can focus on what matters most – caring for their patients.
This solution impressively shows how AI can create real added value in healthcare: Less administrative work, more time for the actual job.
Agents process your emails automatically

Evoya has always offered email functions that go far beyond what providers like ChatGPT or Claude offer. Previously, emails were categorized or answered by AI.
New is the "Process emails" action: This allows emails to be automatically forwarded to your agents for processing based on filter rules. They can then process the emails – for example:

tarifsuisse: From theory to productive AI use

In the second workshop with tarifsuisse, everything was about implementation: After the first basics workshop, this time it was about how AI agents and targeted prompting can support real work processes.
Participants analyzed and evaluated their own business use cases and directly built first prototypes from them.
