Say goodbye to copy-paste – here's the new Creator

If you've ever worked with AI, you know the problem: endless chat histories, stacked responses, and lots of manual copying and pasting to get usable text.

Now there's a better way: With the new Creator, you work directly in a document. Your input goes on the left, and your refined, reformulated, or expanded text appears on the right – no more detours through long chat histories. This is real document creation with AI support – faster, cleaner, and more productive.

You can find the Creator directly in your Workspace chat window – simply click on the Creator icon at the top:

Speak instead of type – your AI now listens

You can now control your Evoya AI agents with your voice – either live or via short recordings.

Start a real-time voice assistant for quick conversations. Or use speech-to-text: Record your message, send it, and receive a written response.

Perfect when you're on the go or typing is inconvenient. This makes your AI experience even more natural.

How to activate voice features in your Workspace:

Today, voice control means faster input and more flexible interactions. Tomorrow it could mean: automatic meeting recording, customer inquiry summaries, triggering bookings, or optimizing internal workflows – wherever voice is a natural complement.

Prompt Library – your shortcut to better AI results

A prompt is the instruction you give to an AI – the input behind every response, every text, and every analysis.

What's often overlooked: Good prompts are the key to great results. And they're not always short – depending on the task, a well-structured prompt can span half a page or even a full page.

This is where our new Prompt Library comes in. Instead of rewriting important prompts every time, you can now save, manage, and share them with your team.

Simply enter a slash ( / ) in the Workspace chat input field to access your saved prompts (provided you've added your own templates).

Good inputs lead to reliable results, and now your entire team can benefit from high-quality prompts without having to start from scratch every time.

Model updates in April

April brought powerful new additions to our LLM Hub: ChatGPT-4.1 (exclusive to our platform), o3 and o4 mini, Meta Llama 4, Google Gemini 2.5, and Grok 3 – the first xAI model on our platform. Many of these now support up to 1 million token context, perfect for long documents, complex tasks, and in-depth analyses.
