For each action (e.g., text request, image generation, or speech recognition) a certain number of credits is deducted:

Text-to-Text:
Credit consumption depends on the chosen AI model, the amount of processed text (input and output), and – for reasoning models – additionally on the complexity of the request.

As a guideline: An average request with the ChatGPT 4.1 model corresponds to approximately 1 credit. Actual consumption may vary depending on length, scope, and model.

In the Language Model Hub you can see the exact credit prices per model and how many credits are charged per 10,000 characters (10,000 characters correspond to approximately 4 A4 pages in normal font size).

Speech-to-Text:
For speech-to-text conversion, a flat rate of 3 credits per action is deducted.

Image-to-Text:
For extracting information from images, a flat rate of 4 credits per action is deducted.

Text-to-Image:

They answer questions, assist with tasks, and can be flexibly deployed in various application areas.

Custom knowledge sources are files and content that you can upload directly to our platform – for example, PDFs, guidelines, process descriptions, or other internal documents.

AI agents access this content to provide answers with additional context. It works like a reference book: the AI "looks up" information when it's not part of the model's knowledge.

In Swiss Mode, all data is processed entirely in Switzerland – exclusively on ISO-certified servers from Swiss providers, without US clouds.

Swiss Mode is suitable for highly sensitive data, for example in healthcare, public administration, or confidential business documents.

Document analysis is used to extract, structure, or summarize content from PDFs, DOCX files, and other formats.

The Unlimited plan starts at 2 Power Users for CHF/EUR 99 per month. With the configurator on the pricing page, you can flexibly adjust the number of Power Users – for each additional Power User, price (+ CHF/EUR 29) and credits (+ 800) increase accordingly.

Yes, you can flexibly combine different subscription types (e.g., AI Workspaces and AI Chats). Especially with workspaces, it is possible to add additional power user licenses via the Professional plan to an Unlimited subscription. This way you can customize your setup individually to your requirements.

Each subscription includes a certain number of credits that are automatically credited at the beginning of each new billing period.

If you need additional credits during the current period, you can purchase additional credit packages at any time:

• 1,000 additional credits cost CHF/EUR 35.– per month (monthly recurring).
• Credits are credited to your account monthly.
• You can book any number of additional credit packages.

Credits can be purchased directly in the workspace via the Subscription page.

Yes, upgrades and downgrades are possible at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period. With an upgrade, the new features are available immediately after activating the upgrade.
