Initial Situation
The Vocational Guidance School Uster was looking for ways to meaningfully enrich the education sector with artificial intelligence. The challenge was to develop an AI solution that equally supports all user groups – students, teachers, and administrative staff. Existing AI tools were often not privacy-compliant or too generic for the specific educational context. Additionally, there was a lack of a central solution that could seamlessly integrate into the school's existing IT infrastructure while offering flexible application possibilities.

Development of a holistic AI strategy with secure workspaces and over 30 specialized agents. The solution includes both publicly accessible areas like the website chat and protected work areas for internal collaboration. Specialized tutors provide targeted support in various subject areas, while administrative AI agents optimize back-office processes. The flexible architecture makes it possible to access different language models depending on the use case and privacy requirements, ensuring optimal performance while maintaining compliance.
Implementation
The technical implementation was carried out with a scalable architecture that can keep pace with the school's growth. Active Directory integration enabled simple connection of all existing user accounts without additional effort for IT administration.
