New “library”: AI agents & knowledge at the touch of a button
With our new library, we are making the use of AI agents even easier. We offer preconfigured agents that are optimized for industry-specific use cases and can be activated with just a few clicks.
In addition to agents, we also offer you structured knowledge, such as laws like the Swiss Code of Obligations or the Swiss Civil Code, which can be integrated directly into your AI-supported research. This means you are not reliant on outdated or limited training data from language models, but have direct access to comprehensive and always up-to-date information.
The library is currently in the beta phase and we would like to tailor it specifically to your needs. Which AI agents or data sources would make your work easier? Whether industry-specific or general – we look forward to hearing your ideas.

Partnership with backslash
In the fall of last year, we entered into a partnership with the web agency backslash. Backslash specializes in creating websites for cantons, cities and municipalities and serves over 200 customers throughout Switzerland in this field.
Backslash now offers its customers our community AI chats , bundled with our Evoya AI Workspace for community workers. Apparently, the offer is attracting a lot of interest. The first municipality with the Evoya AI citizen chat is Stansstad, Küsnacht (ZH) will follow shortly, and many others have expressed interest.
Stansstad relies on the Evoya AI chat
Stansstad is the first Swiss municipality to introduce the Evoya AI chat. This enables citizens to receive answers to questions about politics, administration, leisure and culture as well as legal regulations, such as building or advertising laws, in more than 50 languages within seconds.
The AI Chat uses the official website of Stansstad as well as relevant articles of the Canton of Nidwalden as a knowledge base.

Agent Testing Suite
We chat with an Evoya AI agent – and often we are ( too) quickly satisfied with the answer. But how do we actually know that we can’t do any better ?
In order to answer these questions systematically, we have created a comprehensive agent testing framework . This allows a set of test questions to be fed to several agents (with different configurations) at the same time. The agents’ answers can be compared side by side .
Even better, if a reference answer is provided, AI can even automatically evaluate the agent’s answers against the reference answer!
LLM Update: o1 / -mini, DeepSeek R1 and more
This month we have once again been on the lookout for the latest developments and integrated the best new AI models into the Evoya platform.
List of updates:
- DeepSeek R1 added (not only because of the current media hype around DeepSeek – the reasoning model is really good!)
- OpenAI o1 and o1 mini added (additional reasoning models)
- Google Gemini Pro 1.5 added (= Gemini Advanced in the Google services)
- Minimax 01 added (because it sets a new record in terms of context windows: 4 million tokens – and without major losses with increasing context size
- Update various models to the latest version
- Simplified side menu : The most important pages – workspace, agents, data sources and now also the library – are now directly visible. Configurations and settings are kept compact and can only be accessed after a click.
- New view options: On the agent and data source page, you can switch between grid view and list view – depending on which view you prefer.
- Configurations : You will now find emails, tools, the language model hub and guidelines clearly bundled under Configurations.
As always, all information on the available AI models can be found in the Model Hub directly on the Evoya platform!
UI updates: more focus, more efficiency
Optimized navigation
We have optimized the side menu and the display in the platform so that you can access the most important functions more quickly and work more flexibly.
That is new:
We have redesigned the subscription page to give you a clear overview of your usage and features.
In the new “Overview” tab , you can see all the important details about your subscription at a glance – for example, how many users or agents have already been used. This means you always have an overview and know exactly what capacities are still available to you.
For all those who want to flexibly adjust their subscription, there is the option of upgrading or downgrading directly in the “Subscription ” tab – provided payment is made by credit card. If you need more credits, you can simply add them at any time in the “Credit” tab.
With this new structure, you have all the important information in one place – transparent, clear and easy to manage.
