Swiss language model: 100 % local, 0 % data outflow
Our platform already offers over 20 language models – and now a special one has been added: Swiss Llama 3.3, one of the first open source models hosted in Switzerland. This means no data leakage abroad. We have already stored customer data securely in Switzerland – now we can process it here too.
Llama 3.3 is one of the best open source models and a strong option for companies that value data protection. With its 70 billion parameters, it is more compact than OpenAI’s ChatGPT-4o, but still offers solid performance for many use cases.
One small drawback: the model does not yet support function calling, i.e. no live Internet queries, for example. However, this feature is in the works and will be available soon.
Better pictures with Flux Pro
In the Evoya platform, we combine the best AI models from all providers. So far, we have used DALL-E 3 from OpenAI for image generation. The images generated via OpenAI are not bad, but they pale in comparison to what the Flux models from the new Shooting Stars Black Forest Labs achieve.
You can now use Flux in the Evoya platform: Simply set up an image generator tool and select Flux as the model. And then make the new tool available to the agents of your choice – that’s it.
Try it out, we look forward to your feedback.
Powerful new tool: database access via SQL
Agents can now access your databases directly and answer questions about the data (or even create new data records). To do this, the agent generates SQL queries to match the user question, executes them, interprets the result and thus answers the user question.
The tool can optionally allow the agent read-only access, read/write access or even the creation and modification of tables in the database. Of course, the same applies here: Only grant access to the extent necessary. This can also be done via restricted VIEWs created specifically for the agent.

AI chat for insurando.ch: smart insurance advice around the clock
Together with insurando.ch, we have taken another step towards digitalized customer service. As an innovative online insurance guide, insurando focuses on transparent and digital solutions – and now also on AI-supported advice.
Together, we have developed an intelligent AI chat that provides visitors with quick and uncomplicated answers to their insurance questions – directly on the website, around the clock and in several languages.
This makes insurando one of the pioneers of digital insurance advice and shows how AI simplifies access to important information.
We are delighted with the successful implementation and are looking forward to the next steps!
Filling data sources via API
Evoya imports data directly from raw text, websites or files. With the new “API” data source type , data can now also be imported and vectorized via API . This enables peripheral systems to automatically send new data to the Evoya data source, e.g. newly entered products, CRM entries, etc.
We can also use the import script to prepare even stubborn (poorly structured) content in such a way that the data source receives optimal splits (coherent context units, e.g. a legal article).
Are you considering connecting a peripheral system to an Evoya data source in order to make the content available to the agents? Talk to us.
